The KING NEO LEADERSHIP PROGRAM is to certify eagle-leaders. They are self-selected persons who take their leadership seriously. They will work in groups of 4 students.

When ready, the Program will consist of a 3-level course-workshop. Each level will take 3 months, or 12 weekly sessions.

The purpose of the Program is to dive deep into the 3-step method. The first level will be a literary workshop on the novel’s philosophical content, studying what the characters say in certain parts of the plot. The second is a workshop about the game, its allegories, and the Book of Answers to the questions of the game. The third is to help the student write their own Champion Constitution, along with a follow-up plan to implement it with the help of their teamwork group of 4, during and after completing the Program.

The students will have online meetings with the founder of the movement once a month.
